Stopped into Gregory’s @ KOP and got the new Biscotti testarossa and wow, such a delicious drink. The customer service was also SUPERB, they made recommendations and were patient while I decided. I recommended this location in particular to everyone
I always get my usual iced chai, warm healthy breakfast sandwich, and/or a delicious baked goodie from here. Perfect combo for a mid-day pick me up and sometimes whenever I take a seat they hand deliver my order right to me! Thanks KOP Gregory’s!
Great coffee, food, employees, and customer service. It's an easy pick over any of the competitors coffee. The blended caramel frozen coffee is my absolute favorite, and the Jawn breakfast sandwich is great too. Do yourself a favor and drop Starbucks/Dunkin. This is the new spot.
Have not been to KOP location yet, just DC & Manhattan. Same excellent coffee menu though, awesome specialty lattes! So excited there is one here, and a bigillion times better than Starbucks!

My new favorite go to! As someone who works in and frequents this mall, it’s nice to have a coffee shop on this side! Relaxing atmosphere, delicious pastries, and great cold brew offerings! Def worth stopping by if you’re in the area
I love the salted caramel cold brew. The space is convenient for work and the service is amazing! Jaime always has my order ready to go promptly and always kind! Thank you for always catering to my coworkers and my needs for our coffee runs in the morning.
A very convenient place to have in such a major mall like KOP. The location within the mall is a chefs kiss! The prices are far more reasonable than the dept store coffee shops. The menu was/is very well thought out. The variety of food they serve covers many dietary restrictions. My breakfast fave are the breakfast bites made with eggs, cheese, and turkey sausage!! Spot on when you’re on the go AND don’t eat bread. They’re so yummy!! The coffee is outstanding!! A verrrry close second to La Colombe!! Lastly, their staff are the most genuine, down to earth people you want to handle your food. They’re very knowledgeable about their menu and offer great recommendations!! Great job, Greg!!!
